Party Times and Space

Parties are 1.5 hours long and are currently offered Saturdays at 12:00, 2:00, or 4:00 PM.
Please note: We do not allow any food or drinks at parties.
Parties may possibly be held during other hours or at another location for an additional fee, depending upon availability of our space and employees. Please contact us to discuss this option.

Party Reservations

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for a reservation. We suggest that reservations be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Party Guests

Parties are offered for persons 6 years and older only.
Our minimum number of people for a children’s party is 5 and our maximum is 10. The minimum for an adult’s party is 4 and the maximum is 8.
If you do not meet the party minimum, you are still welcome to have your party, however, you will be charged for the minimum number of people requested above. We require one adult to supervise the party, however, due to space constraints we ask that no more than 3 adults attend the party.
A $50 fee will be added to your bill for each attendee over the maximum, adult or child, whether they are making a project or not.
For those parents who want to wait for their children during parties, we invite you to visit either of the neighboring cafes.

Party Packages

The price of each package includes an employee dedicated to your party who will instruct as well as finish your pieces. The following party packages are available:

Bracelet and necklace: Fee is $25 per person. Each guest will make a memory wire bracelet and necklace. Price includes all beading supplies, 2 containers of size 6/o seed beads, and 2 silver-tone pewter charms. See photo.
A La Carte option (suggested for 14 and older only): You set the limit to be spent on a simple bead project (earrings, necklace, bracelet, etc.). Party fee is $15 per person plus supplies. The minimum you can expect to pay for supplies for a bracelet is $10-15.

Payment Options

Reservations may be made in person or over the phone (with a credit card). Payment options for the party balance are cash, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard. We do not accept checks.
